You may return your shoes within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- It must be returned with the original box, tags, and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we offer easy exchanges, depending on product availability.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
